A plugin that couldn't handle that amount of distortion i was running through it, the result was this cool sample so not complaining.

Each accidental pattern was mined out of a much longer recording. I noticed these interesting sequences of noises while editing other samples over the years and threw them into a catch-all folder. All of these were recorded with a usb-stick mic so they have a nice lo-fi distorted quality. Try looping any of these patterns and you'll hopefully understand why i selected them.

My roland jupiter 4 with resonance cranked up and filter modulated with lfo by a very low rate. The deep basses at the end of each sweet may be great for deep dub-basses. The sweep sounds great with effects and when gated. Have fun. . .

The unrecognizable source was the title song of "speedball 2: brutal deluxe" (developed by "the bitmap brothers", music by "nation 12"). The error was was most likely either caused by wrong sound emulation settings or buffer underruns. Left channel is mostly white noise, while the right one is more like a hard industrial beat. Electro-magnetic interference from a desktop computer, and an at&t; cordless phone handset cl82301 when held near the internal ferrite antenna on the back right of a 13-year-old boombox listening to the am broadcast band. Recorded 2 years ago so i forget where i was listening. Recorded with goldwave from line-in. You hear emi from the computer at first, then i bring the phone on standby near the radio and you hear a series of nearly pure tones. The phone comes on and you hear a distorted dial tone. I move the phone away from the radio for a few seconds and you hear the computer again, then i bring the phone near and you hear a distorted busy signal. I disconnect and the phone continues sending to the base for a few seconds so you just hear a hum, then the idle tones are heard, then the computer noise as i remove the phone.

This sound has been created by modifying a voice record of about 3 minutes non-sense talk. Afterwards transformed and modified by many various effects in audacity. Sounds like an alien transmission or digital matrix, transformation kinda thingy. . Feel free to use as you like under public domain.

This started out as a really long jam session with synplant and a ton of randomized lfos and midi generators. I then resampled a snippet from it, drenched it in fx, threw ableton's resonator on it, then slapped on a utility that makes resonator play chords, which were generated from splash pro's ai keyboard.

This is a really simple beat is based off the beat from a remix of "happiness in slavery" by nine inch nails. I used all my own sounds though. The snare was created by filtering white noise, and adding distortion, then adding an acoustic snare sound over it. Really good for heavy industrial songs.
